Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JsonHook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

JsonHook provides an inbound email-to-webhook relay service. We receive emails at addresses you configure and forward them as structured JSON to your webhook endpoints.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address when registering.

Plan Limits

Each plan has specified limits for emails per month, number of addresses, and log retention. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or service suspension.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Failed webhook deliveries are retried up to 5 times with exponential backoff.

Limitation of Liability

JsonHook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, missed emails, or webhook delivery failures.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
